DBRS Publishes Updated European CMBS Methodology

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today updated its “European CMBS Rating Methodology”. The Methodology, effective as of the date of this press release, supersedes any previously available methodologies.

The update consists primarily of edits to better reflect certain common terms and practices in the European commercial real estate and CMBS markets. No material changes have been made to the Methodology, and as a result, no outstanding ratings will be impacted.
