DBRS Updates Transaction Summary of Bay Street Funding Trust, Short-Term ABN, Series 1, Class A Notes, Transaction 49 and King Street Funding Trust, Asset-Backed CP Promissory Notes, Transaction 49

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today released an updated transaction summary report providing details of Transaction 49 in the Bay Street Funding Trust and King Street Funding Trust conduits. The transaction is secured by a Collateral Note backed by a portfolio of automobile, sport-utility vehicle and light truck retail auto leases originated by a captive auto finance company operating in Canada. The update reflects an extension of the program commitment and amendments related to the eligibility criteria to include leases with original terms of up to 60 months.
