DBRS Publishes Three Updated Corporate Finance Methodologies

DBRS has today published three methodologies as follows:

(1) Rating Entities in the Real Estate Industry,
(2) Rating Public Universities and
(3) Rating Canadian Airport Authorities.

These updates supersede the previous versions published in May 2015 (for the first methodology) and June 2015 (for the second and third methodologies). While certain details have been clarified in these methodologies, changes overall are not substantive and DBRS has determined that no ratings have changed as a result of these updates.
