DBRS Updates Transaction Summary of Plaza Trust, Series 1 Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Notes, Transaction #63

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today released an updated Transaction Summary report providing details on Plaza Trust’s Series 1 Asset-Backed Commercial Paper Notes, Transaction #63, which consists of a portfolio that may contain (1) conventional and insured residential mortgages and (2) National Housing Act mortgage-backed securities respectively originated and issued by a large mortgage finance company operating in Canada. The update reflects certain amendments that have been made to Transaction #63 to include additional terms for insured mortgages with maturity dates after December 31, 2021 (which are subject to new insured mortgage regulations enacted by the federal government on June 30, 2016) and the provision of enhanced liquidity related to such mortgages by Royal Bank of Canada.
