DBRS Updates Transaction Summary of Bay Street Funding Trust and King Street Funding Trust, Transaction #43

DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today released an updated Transaction Summary report providing details of Transaction #43 in Bay Street Funding Trust and King Street Funding Trust, which consists of a portfolio that may contain (1) insured residential mortgages and (2) National Housing Act mortgage-backed securities (NHA MBS), respectively originated and issued by a large mortgage finance company operating in Canada. The update reflects amendments made to Transaction #43 to allow the Trusts to fund NHA MBS.
