DBRS Publishes Updated European CMBS Surveillance Methodology

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) has today published an updated “European CMBS Surveillance Methodology” (the Methodology). The Methodology, effective as of the date of this press release, supersedes the previous methodology, which was published on 24 September 2015.

The update consists primarily of edits to better reflect common terms and practices in the European commercial real estate and CMBS markets. No material changes have been made to the Methodology, and as a result, no outstanding ratings will be impacted.
