DBRS Updates Transaction Summary 70 of Merit Trust and Zeus Receivables Trust
ABCPAs part of its ongoing efforts to increase the transparency of reporting asset-backed commercial paper conduit activity, DBRS Limited has today updated the transaction summary report providing details of Transaction 70 of Merit Trust and Zeus Receivables Trust, which is secured by a Collateral Note secured by a security interest in a portfolio of automobile, sport-utility vehicle and light truck retail auto leases originated by a captive auto finance company operating in Canada. The changes to the report reflect an extension of the program, the ability to include leases with original terms of up to 60 months and the flexibility to permit alternative interest rate swap structures.
