DBRS Limited (DBRS) has today archived the appendix to the methodology “DBRS Criteria: Commercial Paper Liquidity Support for Non-Bank Issuers,” which was most recently published in April 2016. The appendix previously provided an additional commercial paper liquidity support option for Canadian public pension plans. It has been replaced by the appendix entitled “Self-Liquidity for Canadian Public Pension Funds and Related Exclusive Asset Managers’ Commercial Paper Programs,” which was added to the methodology entitled “Rating Canadian Public Pension Funds & Related Exclusive Asset Managers” after the request for comment process was concluded per DBRS’s press release dated November 10, 2016.

The remainder of the methodology “DBRS Criteria: Commercial Paper Liquidity Support for Non-Bank Issuers” (i.e., all but the appendix) remains in full effect.
