DBRS Notes Manitoba Telecom Services Inc. Name Change

DBRS Limited (DBRS) notes that, as of March 27, 2017, Manitoba Telecom Services Inc. (MTS) changed its legal name to Bell-MTS Inc. The name change reflects the successful acquisition of MTS by BCE Inc. (rated BBB with a Stable trend by DBRS).

Bell-MTS Inc. (the successor to MTS) was placed Under Review with Positive Implications on May 2, 2016.
