DBRS Publishes Updated CMBS North American Surveillance Methodology

DBRS published an updated “CMBS North American Surveillance” methodology.

The methodology, effective as of the date of this press release, supersedes the methodology released under the same title in March 2017.

The updates consist of the addition of a discussion of the surveillance of interest-only tranches and a refresh of the net cash flow Change versus Delinquency Rate graph to include observed data through year-end 2016.

The methodology does not set forth any material changes from the previous methodology. DBRS has not and will not take any rating actions on outstanding securities as a result of the methodology update.
