Press Release

DBRS Discontinues Rating on Class A Notes of Wendelstein 2015-1 UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

RMBS
April 18, 2018

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its rating on the Class A notes issued by Wendelstein 2015-1 UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

The discontinuation reflects the payment in full of the Class A notes on 17 April 2018, following the Early Redemption Call Option exercised by the Seller. The remaining balance and rating of the Class A notes prior to the full redemption were EUR 17,052,000,000 and AA (sf), respectively.

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

Other methodologies referenced in this transaction are listed at the end of this press release.
