DBRS Publishes Updated European CMBS Rating and Surveillance Methodology

DBRS published an updated version of its “European CMBS Rating and Surveillance Methodology”. DBRS has conducted a periodic review of “European CMBS Rating and Surveillance Methodology”. This update, effective as of the date of this press release, supersedes the previous version published on 28 September 2018. While certain details have been clarified in the methodology, DBRS deems the changes to not be material and has determined that no ratings are or will be changed as a result of the update.

DBRS notes that the above press release was amended on 27 March 2019 to add a sentence about the periodic review. The amendment was minor and would not impact the understanding of the reader.
