DBRS Discontinues Ratings on IM EVO Finance 1, Fondo de Titulización

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS) discontinued its A (high) (sf) rating on the Series 2017-01, Class A notes and BBB (high) (sf) rating on the Series 2017-01, Class B notes (together, the Notes) issued by IM EVO Finance 1, Fondo de Titulización.

The discontinuations reflect the payments in full of the Notes on the 16 April 2019 payment date. The balances of the Series 2017-01, Class A notes and Series 2017-01, Class B notes prior to their full redemptions were EUR 314,400,000.00 and EUR 29,400,000.00, respectively.

The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

The sources of data and information used for these ratings include investor reports provided by InterMoney Titulización S.G.F.T., S.A (the Management Company).

DBRS did not rely upon third-party due diligence in order to conduct its analyses.

At the time of the initial ratings, DBRS was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.

DBRS considers the data and information available to it for the purposes of providing these ratings to be of satisfactory quality.

DBRS does not audit or independently verify the data or information it receives in connection with the rating process.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 12 October 2018, when DBRS confirmed its rating on the Series 2017-01, Class A notes at A (high) (sf) and upgraded its rating on the Series 2017-01, Class B notes to BBB (high) (sf) from BBB (sf).

The lead analyst responsibilities for this transaction have been transferred to Daniel Rakhamimov.
