Fusion Trust, Clarity Trust, Transaction 1 Summary

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) released an updated Transaction Summary report that provides details on Transaction 1 of Fusion Trust and Clarity Trust, which is secured by a portfolio of (1) conventional and insured residential mortgages originated by, and (2) National Housing Act Mortgage-Backed Securities issued by a large mortgage finance company operating in Canada. The update reflects an increase to the required cash reserve amount to address payment deferrals in light of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic and provide additional support to the transaction.
