DBRS Morningstar Publishes Five Updated Canadian Structured Finance Methodologies

DBRS Morningstar published an updated version of five Canadian structured finance methodologies as follows:

-- Rating Canadian Auto Retail Loan and Lease Securitizations (October 26, 2020);
-- Rating Canadian Auto Fleet Lease Transactions (October 26, 2020);
-- Rating Canadian Rental Car Fleet Securitizations (October 26, 2020);
-- Rating Canadian Equipment Finance Securitization Transactions (October 26, 2020); and
-- Rating Canadian Wholesale Securitizations (October 26, 2020).

DBRS Morningstar has conducted a periodic review of the methodologies. These updates supersede the previous versions as listed below and are effective as of October 26, 2020:

-- Rating Canadian Auto Retail Loan and Lease Securitizations (October 11, 2019);
-- Rating Canadian Auto Fleet Lease Transactions (October 11, 2019);
-- Rating Canadian Rental Car Fleet Securitizations (October 11, 2019);
-- Rating Canadian Equipment Finance Securitization Transactions (October 11, 2019); and
-- Rating Canadian Wholesale Securitizations (October 11, 2019).

DBRS Morningstar deems the updates not to be material and has determined that no ratings are expected to change as a result of these updates.
