(DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to Mill City Mortgage Loan Trust 2021-NMR1 (MCMLT 2021-NMR1 or the Trust), a securitization of a portfolio of primarily first-lien, seasoned, performing and reperforming residential mortgages funded by the issuance of asset-backed notes (the Notes). The Notes are backed by 2,579 loans with a total principal balance of approximately $312,929,995 as of the Cut-Off Date (December 31, 2021).
