Regional Management Issuance Trust 2021-2: Presale Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to Regional Management Issuance Trust 2021-2 (RMIT 2021-2). The RMIT 2021-2 transaction represents the sixth term securitization of a portfolio of nonprime consumer loans originated through Regional Management Corp.’s (Regional) branch network. RMIT 2021-2 is collateralized by receivables originated under Regional’s Branch Loan and Convenience Check loan programs. This is the second Regional transaction to include check and small loan types.
