Canadian Core Real Estate LP: Rating Report

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned an Issuer Rating of A (low) with a Stable trend to Canadian Core Real Estate LP (CCRE or the Fund). As of December 16, 2021, CCRE had no rated senior unsecured debt outstanding. If CCRE were to issue senior unsecured debt in the future, DBRS Morningstar would expect the issuance to be on terms and conditions consistent with market practice and satisfactory to DBRS Morningstar.
