DBRS Morningstar Assigns a Rating of A (low) With a Stable Trend to Fortis Inc.’s New $500 Million Senior Unsecured Notes

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned a rating of A (low) with a Stable trend to Fortis Inc.’s new $500 million Senior Unsecured Notes, maturing May 31, 2029. The rating assigned to this newly issued debt instrument is based on the rating of the already-outstanding debt series of Unsecured Debentures.

ESG CONSIDERATIONS
