DBRS Morningstar Updates Transaction Summary 85 for Merit Trust, Prime Trust, Zeus Receivables Trust, and Reliant Trust

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) released an updated Transaction Summary report that provides details on Transaction 85 of Merit Trust, Prime Trust, Zeus Receivables Trust, and Reliant Trust, which is secured by a pool of conventional residential mortgages originated by a credit union in Ontario (the Portfolio). The update reflects the assignment of the current special-purpose entity’s co-ownership interest in the Portfolio to another special-purpose entity and the removal of the Deferral Reserve Amount.

There were no environmental, social, and governance factors that had a significant or relevant effect on the credit analysis.
