DBRS Morningstar Assigns a Rating of A (low) With a Stable Trend to FortisAlberta Inc.’s New $200 Million Unsecured Medium Term Notes

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) assigned a rating of A (low) with a Stable trend to FortisAlberta Inc.’s new $200 million Unsecured Medium Term Notes (the Debentures), maturing May 26, 2053. The rating assigned to this newly issued debt instrument is based on the rating of the already-outstanding debt series of the Debentures.

ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, GOVERNANCE CONSIDERATIONS
