Morningstar DBRS Publishes Updated Methodology for Rating U.S. Structured Finance Transactions

Morningstar DBRS published an updated version of its "Rating U.S. Structured Finance Transactions" methodology (the Methodology) with respect to the following appendices:

-- Appendix I: U.S. Consumer Loan ABS Transactions
-- Appendix III: U.S. TV Programming Licensing Rights

Morningstar DBRS conducted a periodic review of the Methodology. This update supersedes the previous version published on October 28, 2024, and is effective as of November 18, 2024. Morningstar DBRS deems the updates not to be material and has determined that no credit ratings are expected to change as a result of this update.
