Summary

Established in 1990, the Ontario Pension Board (OBP) is the administrator of the Government of Ontario's Public Service Pension Plan. OPB Finance Trust is a special-purpose entity created by OPB in 2012 to raise financing for investment activities. The rating on the debt issued by OPB Finance Trust is predicated on the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee provided by OPB.
