Upstart Pass-Through Trust, Series 2021-ST8: Rating Report

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings on the class of notes (the Notes) issued by Upstart Pass-Through Trust, Series 2021-ST8 (UPSPT 2021-ST8). UPSPT 2021-ST8 represents the 24th rated term asset-backed security transaction collateralized by unsecured consumer loans originated through the platform created by Upstart Network, Inc. and the fourteenth series of securities issued from the Upstart Pass-Through Trust. JUPS (an affiliate of Jefferies LLC and Jefferies Asset Funding LLC) has aggregated loans to be contributed to the Master Trust, which has issued the UPSPT Series 2021-ST8 Notes.
