Banco Pastor, S.A.

Banco Pastor, S.A. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Banco Popular Español. Altough Banco Pastor already existed as Spanish Bank, it was acquired by Banco Popular Español and subsequently fully integrated. Following the integration BPE decided to spin off the Galician assets of the Group and maintain the Pastor Brand, particularly in the region of Galicia where has a strong franchise with important market share.
